  I moved in here in Sep 2016. I like it here very much. I see some people complaining here but I did not have any bad experience so far. The leasing process was smooth and stuffs from rental office were really helpful and nice. I was shown three apartments from which I was allowed to choose one.It simply cant get better than this. I saw some occasional roaches in my kitchen but they have a free bug/pest termination service once in every month if you sign up. The security is pretty good and people are nice here. It is good to see people are saying hi/hello in the elevator. The community is gated and it is the most safe place in the world. I mean it. One person here mentions in the review that there is a drug problem inside but I think it is a lie as I have witnessed no such thing . You can request maintenance service online and they respond within 24 hr as I have experienced it. The garage parking is pretty cheap. I really did not see any negative of living here so far.

  I lived here in the 90s. My family and I moved years ago. This is one of those places that you just never forget. I see people talking about how bad and nasty this place is. So I see not much has changed. When I lived here it was terrible. Mice and roaches were probably the only thing keeping this place together. Surrounding area was even worse. Criminals almost felt like they gravitated to this place. Drug dealers never had to worry about making money here. I never knew what a cop car looked like because they never came around. My advice... Find someplace else to live. Especially if you have a family.
